Up at a decent time this morning and off to downtown London. The Tower of London was the first stop. Got there before the crowds showed up. Hard to photograph something as massive as that and do it justice. Anyway, spent 3 hrs. checking it out and then stopped for lunch. Then, down to the water to go for a Thames River cruise to see the city by water. That was cool. Then walked the streets for another hour or so and ended up and the Maple Leaf pub again, hoping to catch a hockey game, but no games today. So back on the Tube and back to Rickmansworth for some light grocery shopping and 'take away' (take out) pizza from Domino's. Now back at the Halfway House pub to blog. Relocating to Chorleywood again tomorrow ( 5 km down the road) to stay the night. Not sure what's happening tomorrow yet...time will tell. Bye for now.
