The next day brings us to
Molde. Today is kind of a slow down day for us. Ryan isn't feeling well so he stays on board while Chris and I go into the town. A quaint town reknown for its roses. In front of the town hall at the flower girl statue an impromtu memorial for the shhoting victims has developed. We climb atop town hall to visit the rose garden. After getting some meds for Ryan we head back to shed some layers because....THE SUN IS OUT!! Hadn't realised how much it had rained until we felt the sun again. Ry still isn't feeling better so he sleeps while we walk up toward Varden view point and stop at the
Romsdal museum. Lots of soddies and other viking buildings. We wander back down the hill, through the town and back to the ship. Tonight we've been invited to be on the heliport to watch the ship leave port. Its just nice to be in the sunshine but it is also cool to be right up front on the bow of the ship.
