I'm on the Cook Islands! Good eh? For the bargain price of less than a couple of hundred quid I'm on a south pacific island. Not quite sunning myself though, it's raining! Booooooo! I'm over here with Lee who also fancied the idea of a cheapo island holiday.

Never mind, plenty time to spare and wait for the sun. We're over for a few weeks so there'll be bags of time for relaxing and island hopping. Might have to do some island hopping ahead of schedule to find some sun as the forecast isn't meant to be too good here. We armed with a few books apiece so we should be ok no matter the weather.

Today I managed to do a bit of paddling though and the water was nice so I'm looking forward to getting to a proper swimming beach.

I also got to live through May 6th again. Due to crossing the international date line, I'm now way behind the UK instead of way ahead, madness. Isn't time travel fun?
