I know it is 05:00 again but we are almost there.
So after a great sleep in our own room (hooray!) we headed out to try and get the bus to Bangkok. It was deja vu as we were walking though another town in the middle of the night hoping that we would get a bus to our next destination.
Thankfully we did get a bus but it was the hardest journey of them all. Not for any particular reason, I think it was just tirdness after spending 3 days on buses. Although this bus took 15 hours!
So we have made it to Bangkok. Just one more journey and we will be on the beach! Jeez, we can not wait. We had the world's best Pad Thai from a street stall (my appetite is back with a vengance) and collapsed in bed dreaming of the beach........................

hey mate if you get a chance go to Cabbage & Condoms Restaurant which is on 12 soi off of suvhumvit road - we were there last week and its a really fun restaurant especially the condom santa claus
