We start a little later today 6am as we are following Bright Angel Creek to Cottonwood campground.  It is fairly flat as we only climb about 1000ft in 7 miles.  The temp is soaring by 8am and Charlotte is feeling the effects.  We "Get Soaking" again in a side creek before continuing to the campsite.  Our dinners are less than inpressive we have tinned maccaronni cheese which for a second night is wearing thin....!
