After the basic accomodation in New York, it is a bit of a relief to get a nice room in Las Vegas and for only $14 a night! Vegas is as over the top as always, but we have managed to restrain ourselves! We have spent an afternoon wandering around the casinos, but with the temperature reaching 107 degrees we could only stay outside for a short while! Enjoyed a drink in a couple of casino bars in the evening and blew an astonishing $20!! We have also discovered Denny´s for breakfast where you can eat a large amount of food for not a lot of money and the coffee is never ending leading to a severe attack of the shakes!! You can go up and down the strip on the Deuce bus which only costs $7.50 for 24 hours and we have made full use of the hotel pool. Its a tough life!!
