Thought I'd better include our route! This has changed many times over the last 12 months, but this is the final and difinitive one:

London - New York
New York - Las Vegas
Las Vegas - Grand Canyon (camping and hiking rim to rim!)
Grand Canyon - Los Angeles
Los Angeles - Lima (followed by 6 weeks in S. America inc Inca trail)
Lima - Los Angeles (for about 4 hours!)
Los Angeles - Auckland (6 months in New Zealand)
Auckland - Sydney (6 weeks in Australia)
Sydney - Brisbane
Brisbane - Cairns (Great Barrier Reef!!)
Cairns - Brisbane
Brisbane - Singapore
Singapore - China
China - to who knows where??
Hong Kong - Delhi (6 weeks in India)
Delhi - London

12 months away all bar a week.
