Dear Mom,

This is my first entry into this travel journal. I am really not one for public blogs (in fact i think they are the demise of our youth) but I figure you deserve an up-to-date collection of my travels of this summer after dealing with 21 years of mothering me plus nine months of some serious bonding time.
