Getting to know Tobago with world reknown naturalist, David Rooks, who has been recently featured in National Geographic travel magazine, and has been a guest of President Clinton, regarding Mr. Rooks' environmental activism and concerns with US military ship pollution in the 1990's.  Starting out on the Atlantic side at Fort George, our tour ended on Plymouth hilltop, where the original and oldest fort in Tobago still stands today, Jokubas Pilsetis (Fort James), along with a memorial designed by a Latvian and dedicated in 1978 to the memory of the Latvian Tobago settlers.
