After Umm Qais we headed south and up into the mountains to Aljoun and its' citadel!
Which was jam packed of Arab tourists!
It is quite an extensive ruin and very well preserved! Worth a visit!
The only downer was walking through a doorway that I assumed was tall enough for me (since I am rather vertically challenged), however I was mistaken and am now the proud owner of a large goose egg on my forehead...it is quite the accessory let me tell you :p
