We had a bite to eat and then strolled by the Duomo (Dome), the statue walk (there is probably a real name for it, but I have no clue what it is...it's a street lined with statues of famous citizens of Florence) across the picturesque bridge up to the Michaelangelo's piazza to take pictures of the city.
On our way we may have stopped at a shop or two (but hey 99 cent Euro shops are hard to pass by...I got pashminas for 99 cents each!)
At the end of our day, I headed back to Lerici and Michelle continued trekking about Firenze sans her translator...
