Salzburg Austria
We traveled today to Salzburg - another beautiful Austrian city. Smaller than Vienna of course but just as cultured. We had dinner in the old city.

Mittenwald Germany
Mittenwald is another world. Many of the homes have frescos painted on their walls. It's a quaint town surrounded by snowcapped peaks. . The people are very friendly and helpful which seems to be mostly the case in Southern Germany.
The town, like many towns, has a Gondola to take you to the peak of their mountain. The peak is still covered in snow which will probably melt in the next few weeks.
