Twas the night before our big trip, and all through the house
Tami was doing chores, while Panida was sitting on the couch.
The suitcases were packed, haphazardly it may seem
but all was calm, as calm can be seen.
It's 9:30 on Christmas day and we're relaxing before our amazing trip.
Tami's is seriously doing chores as she has a list worth of things to do before we leave her place.
Tomorrow morning her friend is taking us to the airport and we are on our way.
Check out the difference of our suitcases. Now, she's telling me this duffel bag is a 30" duffel. Ummm...I really don't think so. The bag is about half as tall as Tami and a whole lot bigger. We weighed it at 47lbs. The bag is just 3lbs shy of the maximum weight restriction.
My little blue bag is 34lbs. LOL...I can't wait to see all the poor souls who she'll get to help her out with it.
Granted, I can't complain too much when I will probably use the stuff she brings as well as use the room she has when we come back and buy a whole bunch of stuff.
Another WONDERFUL thing that she has is a small laptop we are taking with us. YEA! I am so excited since I didn't get the netbook I wanted and was a little sad that I wouldn't be able to write as much as I thought. Now though, I am truly happy that I will be able to. I kind of feel bad for my travel journal that I have been using. I have brought it with me but having a laptop will be so much better. I can't read my own handwriting, (I know sad), but I tend to think faster than I write and so my handwriting goes to hell. Thank goodness, I can type pretty fast.
We have a three hour wait for our plane, so maybe, you'll hear from me sooner than later...especially I have my very own laptop with me. : > )
