We basically stuck to ourselves until 11 when we moved down three floors to the nightclub. That was when we actually started to have some fun. We chatted up these two Brits that were already on drink number nine and were dancing without a care in the world. After dancing to lots American pop, we decided to get another beer and that's where our night got very interesting. Kelly got chatted up by a tall Indian dude (or ID for short) who became immediately infatuated with her. After 15 minutes or so, she had had enough and tried to get away. Little did she know, it was the night for persistent single guys to hit on Kelly. Upon trying to sit with us, she got accosted by several creepy guys who wanted to know if she had a boyfriend, why she wasn't taken, and basically wanted to take her home. After another ten minutes, she gets back to us, followed by the persistent ID. He raves to us and Kelly about how awesome she is because she works in finance and how beautiful she is. He even goes on to say, repeatedly, that the city of Prague is almost as beautiful as she!
So we finally get away from him when we move to the next place at around midnight. Or so we thought. He finds me along the ten minute walk and complains that Kelly doesn't like him and that I have to convince her otherwise. Between whining for Kelly's affections, he confirms how awesome and beautiful she is. None of us know what to do because he's becoming a total creepy stalker so we ditch him again.
Anyways the third place was an actual bar and night club with real alcohol. But by that time most of the party was too drunk for us and we were pretty tired. Plus we had to get up early for a day excursion, so we headed out early at around 1am. However, as we walked to the hostel, we saw a girl sleeping in an oversized flowerbed. Yes, a flowerbed. Two of her friends were watching her sleep too.
Overall, not exactly what we expected but we can say that we partied in Prague.
