IBERIA Airlines are ´Tosh Mckinley´ and noone should ever fly with them... we boarded the plane after queuing for 2 hours at Heathrow and we remained on the plane sat at Heathrow for 2 hours while the plane was de-iced. We landed in Madrid only to be told that our connecting flight to Lima had already departed minus around 38 passengers... GRAND!! So we spent the next 24 hours at TRYP Hotel - a hotel seemingly designed for Iberia´s epic incompetance. HOWEVER the room was plush and we couldn´t complain as we had 9 months to kill... which could not be said for the poor woman on a 2 week holiday who had to wait 3 days before getting HER connecting flight!
