Left Mariposa on Highway 49 about 10.30.Caitlin's PJs disappeared yesterday and weren't in the laundry by mistake.I reckon one of the staff has a PJ fetish..
Yet more twisty roads up and down two sets of mountains to get to Lake Tahoe.My right calf and ankle joint are getting some work out - this driving isn't a pleasure.Give me the flat long highways of So Cal and the deserts any day.
Stopped for lunch at Alpine Lake some 8000 ft up in the Sierra Nevada - nice breather.
Got to South Lake Tahoe City at 4pm and straight into pool for a swim and burn off my BLT.
Dinner at a nice Italian (as the pub next door was very busy - going there earlier tomorrow).
