Rented a car!  .....some might say whoopee doo, other than this is a whole new experience; driving on the left side of the road :-)  Hope everyone gets to try it one day, ....it messes with your mind on the turns ;-)

So off in a red super-charged Suzuki Swift we go, hehehe   .....With Brian white knuckled at the wheel!  
He actually did pretty well, considering we almost died only once. 

Nah, just kidding, it went very well and he was a pro. on the return trip, well almost.

The drive to Ellis Beach is relatively short, though roads are a tad bendy.  "But we're in a car!!!!!! take that *&# ! bus driver!"  (short reminder for all bus passengers Gravol! first)

Yet still, even on that road it was oh so worth it.  What a beautiful beach.  We'll definitely return there....on a less windy day.

At one point high above the beach there is a lay-by; (a place to pull over and enjoy the view).  On parking your car and readying to cross the road to the view-point there are 3 foot high words painted on the road "LOOK RIGHT!"  .......because we tourists from up-over aren't used to the traffic approaching us from the right while crossing a road, and we tend to bloody up the roads a bit.  Apparently. 
On the way back across the road, making your way back to your car: "LOOK LEFT!"  I'm not kidding haha
