Today we leave the coast for the most part and head north back through the farmland of Sinaloa. After leaving Mazatlan the first thing we noticed was that on the way down we missed the Tropic of Cancer marker. So as the tourists that we are we had to stop for the photo op.
The rest of the day...about 500 miles of it...was a WARM...regretful ride. Wanting to extend the trip but knowing that will have to wait till next year.
Still a day riding is way better than being at work!! I also had to get a shot of the Police cars of Mexico..NEW Dodge Chargers...don't think I could outrun these guys.
About an hour before sunset we rode back into San Carlos and found a place to stay for the night. Than a few more corner tacos and some cerveza. Short night tonight...HOT riding tomorrow back across the Sonoran Desert and into the mother land...USA.
