Real small town Akaroa. What happened so far?
I rented a car. I scratched the car parking 30 minutes later. I drove to Akaroa with no further accidents.
Akaroa, a proud French stronghold in NZ is a lovely town(y) of few thousand. Great views over the Banks Peninsula. Sheep, rabbits, bees and birds.
Ended the evening at the local bar chatting to the bartender/manager/cook. Last drink was on the house:) Loved this town!
Continued next day to Nelson Lakes district via lovely Lewis pass. Bear with me. I'm only just starting with the scenic pictures!
