On our way back from the restaurant, we came across a Bulgarian folklore festival. After dancing a few sets, the performers took to the streets. Soon, the entire audience was dancing the Horo, myself included. I love spontaneous celebrations!

Well in your case it could be three tongues since 'tongues' are sometimes referred to as languages. I've had cow tongue before but me no like too much. Not sure I'd be very adventurous with meats but I'll try everything else.
I assume you ate cow tongue? It's delicious! Pig tongue is less good.
