What I did
Went sea kayaking, went to the beach
Today my mom and I woke up at 8:30, got dressed and ate breakfast. Then we packed up our stuff and checked out of the motel. Then we went down to the Hopewell rock's again, it was low tide when we got there so the mud "pool" was even longer then before. So my mom and I went walking in the mud, for me again, for mom it was her first time. Mom only stayed in a little while, I stayed in a little longer. Then my mom and I explored the beach a bit more. Then went and washed up our feet, then went to the restaurant there for lunch. Then we checked out the gift shop, mom bought a tea towel and a spoon. Then we headed down to another beach near by. It was a 10 min walk down there, it was a nice walk, there were lots of tree’s. At this beach there were not any big Hopewell rock’s, but there were a whole bunch of little rocks. So I collected some of the one’s I liked to bring them back. We did not go swimming because the water was too cold. Then we went to the place where the people that were going kayaking met. We were going sea kayaking!
It was really fun, but also really hard, it was so windy and wavie. It was a two hour trip. Our guide on the way showed us all the rock formation’s. There were 2 people per kayak-me and my mom went together. When we were done that we headed back to the car, now we were leaving New Brunswick, heading for Nova Scotia.
We drove an hour and a half, then we stoped to get supper at subway, I got a ham sub, and my mom got a lobster sub—yuck! After we ate we drove another half hour to a town called Truro. There we stopped and got a motel room to say the night. Good night Nova Scotia………
