The hotel has a free shuttle that will take you to the Pentagon City mall. There is a train stop there that you can take to all the sites, which are all free. I went and saw the Lincoln Memorial, The White House, The WW II Memorial, The Vietnam Wall, & a few other things. The hotel has very comfortable beds.
