leaving malage there were 2 plans. one for kurt and one for lucie and anna.
we had a final campout. a strange little spot next to the water refinery. the smell was bad. in the morning a group of ecologists came through taking samples. more developement i suppose...
off we rode up the coast. kurt rode towards granada.
the next night me and lucie slept a little too close to the road, hearing the cars zip by all night. but we were well hidden in an avocado orchard, too bad the season wasn't right, but i guess if it was, we would have gotten booted from our campspot. instead, we were witness to a happy couples makeout parking spot and an early morning commuters frenzied scrambble into the orchard to take a turd.
the coast changed... no more busy resorts. we hit farm country. southern spain style, coastal plastic tarp farming. it's the growing capital for all of europe during the winter season. the most popular were genetically modified tomato, zuccini. immigrant farm workers from the former ussr and northern africa. poor industrial farming communities and small traditional cute coastal farming towns.
