Campervan
Dermot and Drieda's
After experiencing periods of heavy rain hitting the campervan roof overnight, the day was mostly clear. We started the day visiting Dunguaire Castle around 30km south of Galway.
We then travelled on to Galway where Olivia spent the best part of her year in Ireland and after visiting this beautiful town for one day, it is obvious why she would want to spend a year here.
The ambience of the downtown area where streets have been turned to pedestrian malls was brilliant and we decided to have lunch at a trendy little restaurant in Quay Street. Tish was greatly impressed with a busker's rendition of The Pogues songs ...fabulous.
At around 4:00pm, we headed back to Dingle, arriving at around 9:30pm.
