Where I stayed
We headed out early this morning and traveled 130 miles to the north rim of the Grand Canyon. I really wasn't expecting much because I heard it wasn't much compared to the south rim. Well, I was very happy with the north rim as it is not commercialized with silly gift shops and traffic. We did a few hikes around the Grand Canyon Lodge which were amazing. We were able to see everything without the congestion. This marks three major national parks in three days. I would have liked to spend three days at each. Tomorrow, we head to Moab, Utah and the Arches National Park. I look forward to some great mountain biking.
