Where I stayed
We arrived at the Zion River Resort around 2:30 pm and everyone went for a swim. The temperature is around 100 degrees but the air dry. It actually wasn't that bad. This is a really nice place with wonderfully manicured sites. There are a couple of coaches here that are stunning. The family ate from the on-site takeout restaurant as it was too hot to cook outside. Later, we played some ping pong which turned into most of our first game of bingo. Everyone had to pay a candy bar to enter. Tad ended up with nine candy bars when we left. So we have that going for us. Our friends from California arrived at 8:45 pm in their rented RV. Tomorrow we all explore Zion.
