Hawai'i
The following entries are not dated, as I have lost track of time in this new land. The weather has been fowl and I have not seen the stars in days. I have lost most of my journal and so I will only attempt to keep a rough account of my activities.

I quickly learned I was on an island, called Hawai'i. The natives here have darker skin, and speak with a strange accent. They wear flowers around their necks and dance strangely. This is truly a new land, yet I have noticed many people that look like they are from the mainland. They must have sailed here too on airships. I decided I would stick close by these crewmates I had stowed away with until the right moment when I would break free and set sail. On my journey's I saw many rugged coastlines, pieces of a volcano, and even liquid hot magma. I have kept many pictures to tell of the sights.
One day the crew I was with was exploring fairly calm looking beach when I peered out of the bag and saw a rough ship. It appeared to be some kind of a fruit shell, but sturdy and sea worthy. I ran across the shore to this makeshift ship, and climbed in. This was it, my triumphant return to the seas! A huge breaker came in though and capsized my ship on my attempt to set sail. I nearly drowned, but made it back alive. I returned to the bag to wait for another attempt. . . .
