Dad and I took a red-eye flight from Seattle to arrive in Boston in time for his birthday today.  Despite the lack of sleep, the sunshine and historic sights of Boston kept us motivated.  We walked 80% of the Freedom Trail, a connected trail of Boston's most historic sites related to the birth of the American Revolution.  Think Paul Revere, Boston "Massacre", Samuel Adams, and colonists pissed off over English taxation.  This was the birthplace of American discontent with English rule and a handful of colonists decided to do something about it.  Check out the photos of the Freedom Trail.
