We wandered around the city square where there was a small market. There was also a busker performing here.
We went for a ride on the tourist tram that went for a 25 min circle around the main city centre. Christchurch is like a little Britian. Many of the buildings are stone, the river is the Avon (where you can go punting) and the street names are Gloucester, Worcester, Oxford, Cambridge etc.
We caught our shuttle bus to the airport at 1pm and our flight left at 3.45pm
Great flight back home. We were in the first row of economy behind business class. The leg room was fantastic. Picked up our car and drove home.
Home at 9.30pm
