Yagul is a ruin currently being excavated. We took the bus to the remote stop on the highway and attempted to "hoof-it" up the inclined road to the site. Fortunately, right as the road started to get really steep, a school bus of high school students gave us a ride!

This area was a high peaked lookout point across the valley. The area includes ruins of living quarters, a sports arena and several underground tombs that have been unearthed.

Luckily, a kind gentleman saved us the trip back down the hill and into town in the back of his pick-up...seems you can always find a ride if you offer a smile!!
