Today- got up early, and drove from Denver, Co to Topeka Kansas! I don't know how Bobby can drive for 9 hours, but when he wants to to do something he does it! I think it also had a little to do with the fact that baseball sized hail is common in this area, so he wanted to get in the clear ASAP!  Kansas is called the sunflower state, and we saw why, the whole way here, along interstate 70, there were fields and fields of planted sunflowers! The air smelled sweet, and reminded us of the fall on Long Island.
