By this point we were ready to relax by the coast in this French colonial town, however due to Kate experiencing Delhi belly since we left Varanasi, we spent a lot of our time in our lovely guesthouse room.  As being in close proximity to a toilet was a necessity, unfortunately we didn't get to the lovely beach.  However, we did manage to sample delicious French pastries.  After here we planned on going to Kerala by train but we left it too late to book tickets and the train was fully booked....for two weeks!  We decided to fly for thirty pounds each.
