After a six hour flight from Dubai to Bankok, we arrived about 7pm and
decided to go into Bangkok as we had some time to kill until our next
flight to Chiang Mai the following morning. We lest our rucksacks at the airport and spent the following hours exploring a large night market and enjoying mango and sticky rice and a cool drink before we returned to the airport about midnight. Amongst many others, we tried but didn't catch much sleep that night! Our flight to Chiang Mai departed at 6.45am.
