We checked the wren's nest this morning before we left for Statesboro. We now have 4 eggs. Can't wait to get back home to see if there are anymore eggs. I read last night that Carolina Wrens lay one egg every morning and can lay up to 8.
We decided to come up here to check on a friend who has cancer. We wanted to see her before we left on our trip to Holland and Belgium. On our way up we drove a couple of red roads, one taking us through Hinesville and around Ft. Stewart. We saw an unusual sign, Tank Crossing. The signs were numerous around Ft. Stewart, but we didn't see any tanks. Of course, it was Sunday,
