Then we hit the road back to Maria and Warrens where the rest of the gang was ready and waiting to go to the Gold Coast.
The sand at the Gold Coast is white and fine...we swam in the huge waves, the water was warm but a little salty!?!?!!?
Warren took the boys and they signed up for Surf lessons, it was fun to watch. The instructor holds the title of Australian Masters for both long board and short board surfing for the past 5 years running! An interesting looking character really...Warren and I guessed him to be mid to late 50's with the body of a 20 year old....abs wound tight around his mid section!!! anyway back to the lessons, each of the 4 boys took the lessons and then got to try....many times....I think they enjoyed it too...

Greetings from Kincardine, I've loved seeing your blog - prints smile to my face. My update...Its 2 C here and raining, haven't seen the sun in days. Nearly broke my neck trying to get out of the house this morning - driveway is pure ice. What a long week at work - trying to get everything done before the christmas break - well kind of a break - have to work again on Wednesday. Dragged the tree up from the basement and plugged it in - must decorate before Tuesday. Big day tomorrow - dump run - if I can get at the garbage cans buried in the back yard - hope to put up the rest of the christmas lights. Love and miss you Lorraine
