not in the best part of town for being near to... well... anything
but we jumped on travelzoo and booked this place for like $99. a night
when we turned up with our backpacks etc the hotel staff thought we were a band playing at coachella.
cool little bar downstairs, and a good irish bar with free pool just across the street.
again tho, hotel was awesome.
then we hired the RV for someplace out in Inglewood.
and headed for coachella... a good time was had, but it is nothing like the english festivals.
very very clean, no mud to be seen, more likely to see people dancing then a mosh pit.
thankfully that changed for RATM on the last day.
Beer was fucking pricey too. like $7 a beer and you could only drink it in certain areas. Gash.
after that we headed back to LA dropped of the RV and stayed up at Ramada Limited Redondo Beach,
this place was ok about $80 a night.
nothing special, but a cool mall just down the way and a nice beach.
Cool bar on the peir at the beach, remember beer at like $2.
always good.
LA back to London.
like i say just a quick trip, mainly to see the bands
