The few days back that we had in Ontario were pretty hectic (...more so for Nik - I was floating on the Ottawa River in Pembroke with my family, hitting up Nad's wedding and chilling in the GTA!!).  We had to do a bunch of running around linking our bank accounts (joint) with our parents so that if anything happens they can deposit money in our accounts in Canada.  Merely a precaution, but, its good to know that there are people at home willing to help.

We just spent a good chunk of time at my cottage in Westport; floating, swimming and meeting with family.  Between Westport and Pembroke, we enjoyed all the time we had visiting our family and friends.  This time was pretty relaxing and a good break from the paper work that we had just finished.

Left for Toronto with Chris and drove by a lovely accident with a tractor trailer that had flipped over near Coburg.  After about 1.5 hrs and 35 km later we got going again.  Oh how I love the 401!!!  Such a wonderful highway.  

Toronto has been great, spending time with Chris and Jeff has been fabolous ;-).  We also had Al Dog drive up and meet us for a few drinks last night and tonight we'll have a BBQ with Kat and Jeff (Friends from T-Bay)

We leave for Mexico city tomorrow (Thursday) at 8:35 am, so Chris is a real trooper driving us at 5:30 to catch our flight.  Thanks Chris!!!! Hopefully all goes well with the flight and we end up in Puerto Escondido (Mex) on Thursday.  Can't wait for our first burn!! ;)
