Where I stayed
puttachot Resort
Early start to catch the ferry to Phi Phi the ferry was very spacious and there were free coffee, tea and Banana cup cakes.
We are going to stay here 2 nights. We arrived and after a 15minute walk from the pier we got to the hostel they don't seem to have roads or cars on this island, just foot paths.
We had a shower then headed out to the town for some food and to book a private boat for tomorrow so we can go to and around nearby island phi phi don (where the film the beach was filmed).
Then we hit the very busy beach which was nice I spent most the time snorkelling.
Louise got chatting to 2 girls from Essex who are 6 weeks into a 9month trip, so lucky we wish we was back at the start of our trip sometimes.
We chilled out on the beach and enjoyed lots of fresh fruit shakes.
Then as the sun went down we watched some lads playing football with the locals which was fun, we cheered for both teams.
As it got dark we headed back to the hostel.
We later went out for a lovely candle lit meal on the beach. Just as we finished our meal heavy rain came so we ran in the bar for shelter rain only lasted 20mins.
We walked out round the bars & markets Louise bought a few shirts .
We was sad to see how clubby and full of idiot tourists this island was the English drunks really do give us a bad name.
