Got bus & Metro into town with Todd, went to Whitehouse, Washington monument, Lincon memorial, met Tom who bought us a really nice 3 course Spanish meal for lunch, went to the mall (big green in heart of Washington, it's monuments & Smithsonian museums, spent rest of daylight time at Smithsonian air & space museum, went back to Todd’s had some burgers on the porch chatting & watching the fire fly’s in his garden

Sounds brilliant - I am soooooo embarrassed thaty ou got to go to Todd's before we did! AND I've never seen a firefly!
