Finally the day that I had been dreading had come, the day we climb table mountain. We left at 9 from BI and I think we started hiking by 9 30 or 10? I am not really sure but the hike took about an hour and a half to 2 hours. It was rocky and steep the whole way up but the view on the top was great! The hard part was the steepness and the sun though... it was very very hot! like 80's-90's and there was no shade practically the entire way. One of the reasons I think that I felt so nervous for this was because people were expecting met to do really well and be the first up because I am in track but I really dislike hiking and am not amazing at it either like they expected. When I was getting ready this morning I almost felt the same anxiety I feel the morning of a track meet lol. Anyways we spent an hour or two at the top once we got there taking photos, eating lunch, and just relaxing. There is a restaurant at the top too. For those who don't want to or can't hike up the mountain there is a cable car but you have to pay for that. A couple girls did that for the way up and then more joined in for the way down... we called them the faders lol. After we were re-sunscreened and hydrated it was time to go back down which unfortunately wasn't that easy. It took us an hour to get down and it was so nice when we finally reached the bottom! One of my legs was shaking it was so exhausted. 

As for the rest of the day it was stay out of the sun because we all got too much today, shower, dinner, and nap. Britni and I watched some Smallville tonight too and now I am watching the holiday with some friends. Oh and I got to skype Zach and see his National Championship ring :) that was cool

Tomorrow we are going to the Hillsong church and I'm so excited :)!

so i don't have any monkey stories anymore but... I did forget something funny that happened with baboons on Tuesday. When we were driving on the peninsula tour we stopped because there was a male and female baboon on the side of the road and a bunch of babies. While we were watching them and taking pictures through the windows on the bus they started mating! Everyone was so shocked! It was funny though. So there is my baboon story
