Not the best nights sleep - top bunk of a wobbly bunk with no railing. Woke up in the night and actually thought I was on a boat for a minute! Got up and sorted for a 9.30am check out. Said my goodbyes to the guys and headed for my bus.

5 hour journey to Mooloolaba where my family live. Spent it listening to music mainly. Was so excited to get off the bus and see my mum, dad, auntie & uncle. Pulled into the bus station and were they there with a welcome parade? No. They were waiting at the wrong bus station! They were thankfully only 10 minutes away, lovely to see them all after not knowing anyone for 5 weeks.

We headed back to the house - so nice to actually unpack my bag and wash the entire contents! Had barbecued pork chops with fennel for dinner - my uncle Martin's a
Chef and it tasted good. Hooray for home cooked food! Spent the evening sorting through my photos while the rest of them watched Terminator 3. Feels good to be in a house..
