Started my morning with a swim in the hotel pool at 7am before we headed on a 5 hour bus journey to the town of Lampang. Slept most of the way.. We grabbed some lunch at the hotel before heading to see the town by horse & cart! Managed to stop at a temple before it absolutely threw it down. Our cart driver quickly covered us with a tarpaulin & added window covers to try and keep us dry. Next a two-hour Thai massage, not something I'll be repeating in a hurry.. Ouch. Felt good for it afterwards but during it was like torture!

This evening we went for dinner and to see some live music (Western songs covered Thai style!) Had amazing fresh fish & more Mai Tai's. Heading for sleep ahead of elephant sanctuary tomorrow - so excited!

dad said can you get one of those hats that the horse was wearing for mum for martins wedding. david bowie dvd was brill, saw the 2nd one on tv which we really enjoyed. You seen to be having a fantastic time trying new food and DRINK. looking forward to seeing the elephant pictures. Can you put more pics on. love milly an dilly x x.
