Today we started our day by taking what I can only describe as - a bus with no window-pains but instead of facing forwards, you all sit facing each other. We collected some bikes and headed to The Sukhothai Park which is a World Heritage Site. Cycling was a great way to see everything - more Buddhas and temple ruins..my favourite so far. We learned loads about the history of the town and about Buddhism. If a Buddah is holding its palm out towards you, it means good luck.

At lunch I managed to eat my first Pad Thai - so good. Spent the afternoon swimming in the hotel pool with some of girls. In the evening we met for a drink - Mai Tai's are served in a hollowed out pineapple complete with lid and straw! We then headed into town to a local restaurant, the food's so good here. After dinner Kitty took us to try local fruit - including Lychee's, Lambutan and Dragon Fruit (my favourite).

Feels like I've been away for longer than 5 days, it's going to feel like years by September..
