We headed, with instructions to make sure we did not drive across the border, into Mexico. We pulled off at the last U.S. exit and walked across. This was so that we did not have to bring our car back through the horrifically long customs line. Through Kim's broken Spanish we got ourselves stamps in our passport. Though they were not "necessary" we wanted them for "memories". We got in a taxi and Kim said, "Take us to the market". Once there we walked around the shops, enjoying the hustle and bustle, the sights and sounds. Finally we happened upon the perfect store. Our friend set us up with everything we thought we needed plus he threw in a keychain and postcard for each of us. He dressed us up and let us take pictures in our new outfits. He was a blessing to have met and gotten to know. Unfortunately, we had to exit just about as fast as we came because we were on our way to
Las Vegas that night!
