Hi from the City that never sleeps,

Well today we got lots of deals in a city with lots of exess.   Tonight we saw some of the high life to contrast the day.

We got dressed up and  headed to supper at a very nice restuarunt just off Park Avenue.   When we got there we had to cross the street and take pictures of the Ferrari dealership.

The supper at BLT Steak was terrificiwith great service.   The highlight was our main course that was a portehouse for two.  This steak did not require chewing it was so soft.   However you did chew to make it last.    Rick, you would have loved our dessert.   They called it a choclate tart but it looked like a plain piece of choclate cake, but when you took a bite.  jfvfvfvfjz^%&^#&@&*  WOW It was like liquid choclate and with the cake was pistachio ice cream.   A meal to remember and savour to be sure.

We then headed to Rockefeller Center and walked around it as it is very nice at night.   They have an art exhibit on the building itself called "SMILES"  They are projecting the faces of people smiling on to Rockefeller Center.    It is very neat and I got a couple of pictures.

This building you see is 69 stories high and we went to the very roof.   It was one of those moments you gasped and felt excited just seeing the awe inspiring view.  It was breath taking.   The lights all around go on forever and the Empire State Building is amazing at night from that view.    We really loved it.

That was our evening living the high life in New York.   Tomorrow is our last full day.   We are sad yet looking forward to home.

Unitl later sleep tight

Vaughn and Korinne.
