Macau is famous for its gambling. But we were here not for gambling. Mr. Prashantam once told me that Macau was under Portugal colonial before. That was why Macau has a bit mixture of Latin and European style – which made it so unique city.

From Hong Kong, we took turbojet from Shun Tak Ferry Terminal, it cost us about HKD150 one way for economy class. It took only 1 hour to arrive at Macau Ferry terminal. Once we arrived, we went to the bus terminal. All the shuttle buses went to the selected Hotels and Casinos for FREE! So just choose one and ride the bus. We opted for The Venetian Hotel – The Venice in Asia. The hotel was so AWESOME! The moment we entered the luxury hotel, we felt like becoming a rich. Hahaha. Then we asked the officers the direction to the Grand Canal Shoppe – where the Venice in Asia is located. It was at the 3rd floor of the hotel. It was luxury shopping mall with the Europe style and decoration, gave a different impression like you were now in Europe. It was very nice for me. We were surprised of the sky, as if it was the real sky. if you would like to shop for high end brands, here is just perfect for you. you can get your Victoria secret here until the Vertu handphones.wow!

We walked around and now felt hungry. We went to the food court area and it was full. We could get halal food here. Although it was a bit expensive, but it came with a large portion of meal. So no worries as your stomach would be filled for the next few hours. We walked back to the coach site and took a bus back to Ferry terminal.

Next, we tried to find way to the Macau's Fisherman’s Wharf, like 7 minutes walking from the ferry terminal. It is also listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site where you could find the Forbidden City, Rome Coliseums, Ancient Egypt, Petra and many others world’s landmarks here. After 1 hour here, we continued our journey to Macau’s Tower. At first, we had problem in getting a cab. It was in the middle of highway. So no one would stop for us. Hence, we turned back and walked.

The cab in Macau could be expensive, and if you have baggage in boot, it would become more expensive. We bought the entrance ticket at Macau Tower for about MOP120 per person and took the elevator to the 58th floor for inner observation deck view. We hardly saw anything but it was alright. We could enjoy the view of Macau from the top. There was one thing that made us excited. The floor glass! Oh My!!!! We walked on the class which we could see the bottom of the tower. It was scary, yet unforgettable memory with my 2 brothers. We pretend to be brave and took photos of our feet. The best thing here, you could try The Skywalk or The Bungee Jump this the world's highest bungee jump in the world.Hahahha! Crazy Man!

Then, for evening tea break, we decided to relax and enjoy the music. Hard Rock Café of course! We took a taxi to City of Dreams – Hard Rock Hotel Macau. However, the Hard Rock Café yet to be opened. Just a few more days for their opening. We kind of upset and we spend our last money at the Hard Rock Café Shop for some souvenirs like glasses and tshirts. Yes, we know that would be expensive. But we have so much money left. We needed to spend it, by right all of it. Hahahahha

We had no choice but to go to the MacDonald nearby. After having our dinner, we went down again and intended to take a cab to the airport. But the officer once told me there was a free shuttle bus to the airport. Thanks again, as we could ride for free. We waited for about 20 minutes and get onto the bus. As we arrived at Macau International Airport 4 hours earlier, we just sat and surf the internet.

It was a half day trip, but we were more than grateful to have a chance to visit Macau. It is worth to come here in fact. Now, I’m thinking of staying for 1 or 2 nights in Macau, enjoy the luxurious life!!
