I stayed in the hotel and read... This is the end of this entry..
We all took a local greyhound type bus, and after some confusion of the seats ( the number is painted on the back of each seat) we settled down to a 3 hour journey. I was the only one who was comfortable and listed to my ipod most of the way.
We congregated in the restaurant, and then met for some lunch. Again I felt uncomfortable in the group as we started to talk about relationships.
Then the others went to bird park, and I stayed in the hotel. Then later went to a nearby hotel which had a pool, and I had a beer and finished the Naipaul book. while everyone else swam. Again I felt like the odd one out, but thought its not too bad at this stage to be like this in the group, as the people you get on best with at first often do not end up being long term friends.
We had the buffet which was a bit crap really, in that the food was too far aimed at tourists.Matt, Justin and I walked home after that.
This was the first place that I felt like a trendy coach tour, and where we were was a million miles for the reality of life in India.
