we had a pretty late start today, had breakfast, packed up then hit the street. first stop was shopping, shoes, tourist t-shirts etc. then we both got haircuts, it had been a while! we walked around town for a bit, went to the oldest church in ireland still in use then walked across the river to the claddagh, an old part of the city. it was all very pretty! galway had lots of nice pubs and the city streets were all old and cute. caught the bus back to dublin in the afternoon, 3 and a half hours, just delightful!
