Attention: chad has left the building, i repeat chad has left the buidling.
thats right friends and neighbors, my good friend chad had returned (well tomorrow he is flying) back to glorious south carolina. we had a lot of fun and since we share the same sick sense of humor we had a lot of laughs but i guess this lifestyle can be rough on some people. no worries though...your faithful servant and globetrotting hippie will still be able to keep you up to date with the world since apparantly i have no built in homing instinct for the family. love you guys terribly but when you want to see me, ill meet you in bangkok or some other wonderful port of call.
i should be entering cambodia here in the next few days. i will waste a little time eating cheap seafood and hanging with the local populace (bunch of cuties) and then im gonna catch a bus to vietnam. my father thinks im a bit nuts since he "spent years avoiding that country" but it should be interesting to see. i plan on backpacking my way up to china and then hopefully i will get to see the great wall of china. im on a quest to mark off a bunch of things on my "want to see before i die" list. im doing pretty good so far and while im near china might as well give it a shot.
had to go to the embassy in bangkok and get more pages added to my passport. its not that ive travelled all that much but what dumbass only gives you 24 pages to start with? come on now. so now i have another 27 pages to use so that should hold me for the nextyear or so unless i go absolutely crazy. the bangkok embassy was filled with guys trying to get their new thai wives visas....nope not me...never...ever....i miss som...LOL LOL, just kidding.
