so alaska is almost over. i suppose that can be regarded as both good and bad. ill definitely miss the place but i wont miss working. ive really enjoyed my time here and have met some great people. its been a lot of fun but now its time to go and im looking forward to continuing my adventure.

i was walking home the other night and the full moon rose over the mountain range and was reflecting off the water of the bay but when i turned to keep walking there was the northern lights in the other direction!! absolutely amazing to look at. i have finally seen the northern lights...one of the few things that i have been longing to see my entire life. well onward and outward.....the posting should get more prolific and interesting here pretty soon
